Find *it* Have you ever found yourself scrolling back and forth through a list of 100s of field definitions, scripts or value lists, trying to remember what you called that thing that helped calculate some obscure but important fact? Now you can find it in seconds. Find *it* is a free FileMaker utility that searches the names of objects (fields, layouts, table occurances, value lists, value list items, and scripts) in any open FileMaker file. It also tells you whatever it can about what you find: what it's called, where it located and how it's formatted. When searching for fields, it looks on all layouts, in the default table, and in all relationships. Find *it* works with FileMaker Pro 8.0 and FileMaker Pro 8.0 Advanced. No DDR (Database Design Report) is needed. Files are open and accessible while they are searched. Find all scripts whose names contain "recalculate", list all fields mentioning "tax" or table occurances concerning "client_"s.
